Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 5, 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website theparlorpizza.com.au (the “Website”), our ordering systems, in-store services, and any other interactions (“Services”) provided by The Parlor Pizza (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

1. Definitions

“You”, “your” means you as a user or customer of our Services.
“Services” includes our Website, online ordering platform, in-store orders, pick up, delivery, and other related services.
“Content” means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, or other material on our Website or in our Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to order; by ordering you confirm you meet this requirement. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services and agree not to misuse them.

3. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices for our menu items and delivery/pick up charges are displayed at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made at the time of ordering/in-store. We accept the payment methods as displayed on our Website or in-store. You are responsible for any additional fees (e.g., delivery surcharges) and any applicable GST.

4. Delivery / Pick up / In-Store Services

We’ll do our best to deliver within estimated times, but delivery times aren’t guaranteed. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. For pick up, please arrive within the stated time. In-store services are subject to our store’s opening hours and local conditions.

5. Refunds / Returns / Cancellations

If your order is incorrect or defective, please contact our team promptly so we can review and arrange a suitable outcome — refund, replacement, or credit. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website and in our Services is owned or licensed by The Parlor Pizza and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download, or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Parlor Pizza and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Parlor Pizza, its team, and affiliates from any loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
